These Terms govern your use of the Calendar Assistant Telegram bot (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The Service helps users create, find, edit, and remove Google Calendar events via Telegram, including processing voice messages (up to 2 minutes).
2. Eligibility and Account Connections
You are responsible for your Telegram account and your Google account connection. You may disconnect Google access at any time using /disconnect.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use it for unlawful activity.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms and APIs (including Telegram, Google, and AI providers). Availability and behavior may depend on those services.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Event suggestions and automations may contain errors; you remain responsible for reviewing calendar data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed appointments, data loss, or service interruptions.
7. Changes and Termination
The Service and these Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Access may be limited or terminated for misuse.
